About This Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders and is responsible for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across assigned functions. This role combines talent acquisition expertise, workforce planning insight, market intelligence, and consultative partnership to attract and hire top talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner excels beyond transactional recruiting by proactively influencing talent decisions, shaping hiring strategies, and identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes through talent. This role demonstrates advanced competency in Talent Delivery Excellence, Talent Advisory & Influence, Market & Pipeline Strategy, and Business & Data Acumen.

Job Overview

Responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment activities for professional, technical, and business-critical positions while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. Partners closely with HRBPs, Compensation, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to align talent strategies with workforce plans and organizational priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as the primary talent advisor for assigned client groups.


  • Consult with leaders on workforce planning, organizational talent needs, and hiring strategies.


  • Influence hiring decisions using labor market intelligence and workforce data.


  • Facilitate recruitment strategy discussions and interview calibration sessions.


Talent Acquisition Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance.


  • Ensure compliance with Global Minimum Standards, governance requirements, and recruiting best practices.


  • Drive exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.


  • Manage complex and critical hiring needs across multiple business functions.


Market Intelligence & Pipeline Development

  • Develop proactive sourcing and talent attraction strategies.


  • Partner with sourcing resources to build talent pipelines for future workforce demand.


  • Utilize labor market insights to guide hiring expectations and decision-making.


  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.


Business & Data Acumen

  • Analyze recruiting data, pipeline metrics, and market trends.


  • Identify risks and opportunities impacting hiring outcomes.

Education & Certifications
