En tant que directeur régional, Planification financière, vous devrez diriger des équipes et les ventes, contribuer au développement des affaires, faire des recommandations et offrir du mentorat de manière continue afin d’atteindre des objectifs et soutenir une culture dynamique axée sur les résultats.

De plus, vous devrez faire ce qui suit :

  • Superviser et diriger une fonction de rapports diversifiée dans un domaine comportant des risques importants, un niveau de complexité élevé ou une vaste portée, tout en favorisant l’accroissement du talent, le perfectionnement des compétences et le développement des capacités pour atteindre les objectifs professionnels individuels et d’équipe.
  • Diriger une équipe de spécialistes, Services-conseils de Gestion de patrimoine et de planificateurs financiers dont la priorité est de bâtir et de maintenir de solides relations avec les clients ainsi que de fidéliser les clients du segment des clients bien nantis.
  • Fournir du mentorat, de l’orientation et de la motivation en matière de maintien de bonnes pratiques commerciales et de conformité aux exigences dans un environnement difficile, mais collaboratif, afin d’atteindre de solides résultats.
  • Agir à titre de partenaire stratégique auprès de l’équipe de direction dans la gestion du portefeuille et des données financières, et posséder des connaissances concurrentielles approfondies du secteur et de l’entreprise.
  • Participer à titre d’expert à des initiatives interfonctionnelles ou à l’échelle de l’entreprise pour cerner les occasions d’amélioration de l’efficacité opérationnelle et en tirer profit.
  • Élaborer des plans à long terme et exercer une influence au-delà du secteur géré.
  • Gérer activement les relations, les processus et les exigences réglementaires à l’intérieur des unités fonctionnelles et d’une unité à l’autre.
  • Veiller à ce que toutes les activités en lien avec la clientèle appuient l’expérience client et rehaussent l’image de marque de la TD.
  • Entretenir une culture de gestion et de contrôle du risque, soutenue par des processus efficaces qui tiennent compte de l’appétence au risque.

Exigences du poste

  • Diplôme universitaire, au moins cinq ans d’expérience en gestion à un poste de direction principal et cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine
  • Doit détenir le diplôme de planificateur financier décerné par l’Institut de planification financière
  • Détenir actuellement un permis de représentant inscrit auprès de l’Organisme canadien de réglementation des investissements (OCRI), ou être disposé à satisfaire à toutes les exigences nécessaires pour l’obtenir dans un délai de six mois.
  • Avoir terminé le Cours à l’intention des surveillants de courtiers en placement (CSCPI) et satisfaire, le cas échéant, aux autres exigences réglementaires dans les délais prescrits.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en gestion d’équipe en vue de favoriser l’échange d’idées et de renseignements entre les partenaires et l’équipe
