Position Summary

The Regional Manager will serve as the senior operational and strategic leader for an assigned ATI branch and its associated satellite locations (if applicable). This role is responsible for delivering exceptional operational execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development within the region. The Regional Manager drives sustainable growth by ensuring ATI's standards, processes, safety protocols, and cultural values are consistently upheld across all service lines.

As an influential leader within ATI, the Regional Manager sets the tone for excellence--guiding teams, developing leaders, and shaping the branch's strategic direction while delivering an ATI best-in-class customer experience. The Regional Manager will be driven by, and have alignment with ATI's passion to instrumentally help people recover from property losses related to restoration, environmental remediation, and reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the operational, financial, and cultural performance of the primary branch and satellite office(s).
  • Translate ATI's values and strategic priorities into local execution plans that drive revenue growth, margin performance, operational consistency, and people management.
  • Directly oversee all branch functions including mitigation, environmental, reconstruction, estimating, project management, administration, safety, sales, and collections.
  • Assess regional market conditions to identify opportunities, areas of risk, and competitive trends.
  • Lead change management efforts when new systems, processes, or organizational initiatives are introduced.


Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all projects meet or exceed expectations for scope accuracy, quality, timelines, documentation, safety, and profitability.
  • Promote strong workflows for job setup, job costing, resource planning, labor utilization, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor job performance through job walks, KPI reviews, and production meetings, to ensure alignment with ATI standards enhancing branch efficiency.
  • Maintain ATI's reputation for excellence by ensuring proactive, transparent, and timely communication with customers.
  • Oversee issue resolution, escalations, and service recovery efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and increase frequency of repeat business.
  • Champion system utilization including project management, CRM, estimating tools, client portals, financial systems, and reporting dashboards.


Market Growth & Sales

  • Partner with Business Development to expand market presence, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Support sales teams with operational insights, client visits, education, and solution development.
  • Represent ATI at regional events, associations, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers/agents, TPAs, property managers, healthcare systems, schools, real estate groups, and other key accounts.
  • Promote and enforce system utilization and CRM data integrity, account planning participation, and alignment between sales and operations.


Financial Ownership

  • Own the full P&L for the branch/region, including revenue achievement, job margins, labor management, and EBITDA contribution.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and branch-level strategic plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, job costing, change orders, collections, and DSO targets.
  • Analyze financial results to identify trends and implement action plans where necessary.


People Development & Safety

  • Build a culture of ownership, communication, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement consistent with ATI CARES values.
  • Foster strong engagement with recognition and communication; develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, career growth, training and accountability.
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct annual performance reviews, address underperformance, and develop future talent.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, state, local, and industry safety requirements including certifications.
  • Promote safety culture through consistent communication, training, jobsite visits, and accountability.

Other

  • Respond to ATI team members and clients beyond standard work hours, for emergency response.
  • Perform work in an office, in the field, and on jobsites; travel may be required.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or related environments.
  • Proven track record of overseeing teams, managing P&L, delivering operational and financial results, and senior customer leadership.
  • Familiarity with mitigation, environmental services, reconstruction, industry practices, and estimating preferred.
  • Examples of previous or existing job titles of qualified candidates may include: Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Vice President, President, Chief Operating Officer, District Manager, Director, etc.
