Full Job Description
Regional Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities
• Provide regional support to site managers across multiple individual locations and determine and maintain the appropriate division of regions to meet program needs
• Manage maintenance coordination and logistics planning activities across the assigned region, ensuring timely scheduling, prioritization, and execution of support actions
• Oversee inventory management processes, including shipping and receiving, inventory audits, and record accuracy for regional sites
• Manage GFP, GFE, GFM, and GFI in accordance with contract and government requirements and support program FIAR compliance activities
• Lead tools management and upkeep and coordinate equipment storage, accountability, and surveillance to protect program assets
• Execute and maintain IUID requirements for applicable equipment and property and ensure markings, records, and traceability meet required standards
• Serve as the logistics management specialist for the region by interpreting, planning, evaluating, coordinating, and reporting on logistics program execution

Required Qualifications
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent related training
• 15 years of direct simulator experience, including at least 3 years of relative simulator experience
• Current Secret security clearance, or ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance
• Demonstrated knowledge of in-depth analysis and research for hardware modifications and upgrades
• Demonstrated knowledge of modifications, design changes, and software enhancements
• Demonstrated ability to assist with the development and delivery of technical training for other technicians
• Demonstrated ability to serve as the technical expert on at least one major simulator system, such as motion, visual, or aircraft systems
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and suite

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
• Medium work, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects
• Close visual acuity required for preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer terminals, reading, inspecting small parts, using measurement devices, and performing assembly or fabrication tasks
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, and lift as required by the role
• Manual dexterity sufficient for fingering, grasping, and feeling objects
• Ability to communicate clearly through speaking and hearing
• Work occurs in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Exposure to noise, vibration, hazards, atmospheric conditions, and confined spaces may occur
• Ability to function in narrow aisles or passageways is required
