What You'll Do- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing Business Managers
- Drive finance performance, profitability, and process consistency
- Lead regular training, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with dealership leadership to improve customer experience and operational results
- Implement best practices that improve efficiency and profitability
What We're Looking For- Multi-location finance leadership experience in Marine, RV, or powersports
- Proven success developing and leading high-performing teams
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- Deep knowledge of dealership finance operations and compliance
- Passion for developing people and building a culture of accountability
