Job Purpose

CNH is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee the governance, compliance, reporting, and operational execution of its North American securitization program. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of ongoing compliance for asset-backed securities (ABS), warehouse facilities, and other structured finance transactions, while leading initiatives that strengthen controls, improve processes, and enhance reporting capabilities.

This position plays a critical role in supporting CNH Industrial Capital North America's funding strategy, with oversight of programs that represent approximately 50% of North American funding. The Manager will lead a team responsible for ensuring compliance with transaction requirements, regulatory obligations, investor reporting, contract eligibility criteria, and internal control standards. The role will also drive process automation, technology enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Accounting, Legal, IT, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Securitization Compliance & Governance
  • Lead compliance oversight and administration of U.S. and Canadian wholesale trusts, warehouse facilities, and retail securitization programs, ensuring adherence to transaction documents, regulatory requirements, investor commitments, servicing agreements, and asset eligibility criteria.
  • Monitor regulatory, accounting, and market developments, assess impacts to existing structures and processes, and serve as the primary escalation point for compliance issues, control gaps, and transaction-related risks.

Investor, Trustee & Servicer Reporting
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and timely delivery of monthly reporting for ABS trusts and warehouse facilities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, covenant compliance, portfolio performance monitoring, and adherence to transaction requirements and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with trustees, investors, rating agencies, auditors, and internal stakeholders while driving reporting standardization, governance, and process efficiency improvements.

Process Management & Technology Enhancement
  • Lead contract selection, eligibility validation, and operational processes within retail and wholesale servicing systems, ensuring effective controls and compliance.
  • Partner with IT, PMO, and business leaders to implement automation, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, governance, and support business growth.

Internal Controls, SOX & Audit Management
  • Own the securitization control environment, including SOX compliance, documentation, work papers, key control evidence, and alignment with corporate policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Partner with Internal Audit and external auditors on testing and reviews, identify control weaknesses, and lead remediation efforts to strengthen governance and reduce operational risk.

Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for securitization reporting, compliance, and operational execution while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, succession planning, and operational excellence.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Treasury, Accounting, Legal, Business Reporting, IT, Portfolio Risk Management, ALM, and external service providers, presenting recommendations and updates to senior leadership.
  • Support funding strategy initiatives, securitization issuances, new transaction structures, warehouse facilities, due diligence activities, onboarding of funding partners and service providers, and special projects focused on funding diversification, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and technology transformation.

Experience Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • SAP and SAP business warehouse
    • Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, auditing, and regulatory environments.
