Qualifications

• 2-year college degree in a related field
• 7-10 years of HVAC repair and building maintenance experience
• Certified Pool Operator, Universal CFC, state boiler, and pressure vessel operating licenses
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Physical capability to lift over 20 lbs and remain stationary for prolonged periods

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and recreational pools
• Verify pool chemistry and temperature controls for compliance with standards
• Prioritize and respond to repair requests, especially emergencies
• Supervise, train, and provide ongoing development for facility engineers
• Recruit and interview candidates to fill staff positions
• Ensure accurate maintenance and utilization of all CMMS activity
• Report club activities to the Facilities Engineering Department
