  • Keep schools within budget, manage receivables and bad debt, and align expenses with revenue.
  • Use Salesforce, NetSuite, and Domo to maintain accurate financial and business records and submit timely weekly reports.
  • Incorporate improvement feedback to support profitable educational excellence across schools, individuals, and SEG.
  • Ensure schools comply with state and federal requirements.
  • Visit each school in the region at least once per quarter.

Enrollment Growth and Marketing

  • Maintain close collaboration between school operations and the enrollment team. With the VP of Enrollment, hold school operations teams accountable to SEG Enrollment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Partner with the IK12 Director of Brand Marketing to develop marketing programs that generate new student enrollment, promote re-enrollment, and build Merryhill brand awareness in the Sacramento market.
  • Ensure schools respond to inquiries according to SEG sales programs and keep regional school websites accurate and current.

Family and Community Relationships
  • Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective parents and local community stakeholders.
  • Use community demographics and local opportunities to guide marketing and establish a positive SEG presence.
  • Review and implement recommendations from annual parent and family surveys.
  • Remain accessible and responsive to parents, students, and staff.
