Full Job Description
Resource Label Group is seeking a results-driven Regional Director of Operations to lead operations across multiple key manufacturing sites. This role will focus on standardizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving profitability while fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with a track record of success in high-volume, low-margin manufacturing environments. This leader will drive strategic initiatives, improve asset utilization and lead cultural transformation to enhance performance and scalability. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this position will oversee several manufacturing locations across the South region, including sites in TN, TX and AL..

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee P&L for multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring profitability, cost management, and sustainable growth.
  • Drive standardization and structure by implementing best practices across all sites to enhance consistency and operational alignment.
  • Establish and track KPIs to monitor and drive plant performance, including safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize asset utilization.
  • Continuously identify and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce downtime, and enhance manufacturing capabilities while preparing for future growth.
  • Drive the adoption of technology solutions such as ERP, MES, and other digital tools for operational optimization.
  • Ensure manufacturing operations are aligned with customer expectations, delivering high quality, reliable, and responsive service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing operations with broader business goals.
  • Champion change management initiatives, fostering a high-performance, accountable workforce while mentoring and developing leadership teams to build strong succession pipelines.
