Regional Director of Operations - Western Central Washington

Must have Washington State Independent Mental Health License: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC

Location Requirement: Must reside between South Seattle to Olympia (regional travel required)

Not remote. Hybrid role. Must be visiting programs 3-4 days per week. Corporate travel 4-8 times per year (Corporate located in San Francisco, CA)

Directing programs in: Tukwila, Federal Way, Olympia, Tumwater

We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead a portfolio of programs across Northern Washington. This high-visibility role drives clinical excellence, workforce stability, financial performance, and strategic growth in partnership with county and state stakeholders.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule:
Full-Time, Salaried | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Participation in a scheduled on-call rotation is required.

Compensation:
Starting salary range: $157,519.25 - $194,565.62 annually
Full range up to $231,611.98

Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
