Location Requirement: Must reside between South Seattle to Olympia (regional travel required)
Not remote. Hybrid role. Must be visiting programs 3-4 days per week. Corporate travel 4-8 times per year (Corporate located in San Francisco, CA)
Directing programs in: Tukwila, Federal Way, Olympia, Tumwater
We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead a portfolio of programs across Northern Washington. This high-visibility role drives clinical excellence, workforce stability, financial performance, and strategic growth in partnership with county and state stakeholders.

- Strengthen recruitment, retention, and engagement

- Represent Telecare across community and regulatory settings

Schedule & CompensationSchedule:Full-Time, Salaried | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Participation in a scheduled on-call rotation is required.
Compensation:Starting salary range: $157,519.25 - $194,565.62 annually
Full range up to $231,611.98
Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
Qualifications- 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
- Multi-site leadership experience (behavioral health preferred)
- Master's degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment practices
- Proven success driving operational and financial outcomes
