Position SummaryThe Regional Director, Field Operations provides leadership and operational oversight for an assigned region. This role is accountable for store performance, financial results, Store Leader development, operational standards, and consistent execution of company priorities.

The Regional Director leads through regular field presence, coaching, performance management, cross-functional partnership, and disciplined follow-through to deliver strong business results and exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop Store Leaders across multiple locations, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and recognition.
- Translate company and business priorities into clear regional plans, expectations, and consistent store execution.
- Maintain regular in-person field presence to assess performance, coach leaders, resolve barriers, and reinforce operational and guest-service standards.
- Own regional performance against sales, EBITDA, payroll, labor productivity, controllable expenses, inventory, shrink, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze business trends and store results and develop action plans to improve performance, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operating standards related to safety, cash handling, inventory, visual presentation, labor management, and guest service.
- Oversee regional readiness and execution for new store openings, remodels, closures, seasonal peaks, and other major business initiatives.
- Partner with People Services and other support teams on recruiting, onboarding, development, workforce planning, and succession.
- Collaborate with Platform Leaders and cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Finance, Asset Management, Loss Prevention, Business Analytics, and IT.
- Build effective relationships with business partners and local stakeholders and support timely resolution of operational issues.
- Lead organizational and operational change by communicating expectations, addressing barriers, monitoring adoption, and reinforcing new ways of working.
- Where applicable, ensure food-and-beverage operations comply with applicable food-safety, sanitation, certification, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired- 7-10 years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, field operations, or a related environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing leaders across multiple locations.
- Experience managing financial and operational performance, including sales, labor, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
- Experience with performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Strong business judgment, analytical skills, communication skills, and ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and partner-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Travel and Work Requirements- Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region, generally 40-60%, including overnight travel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to respond to urgent regional or store needs and travel on short notice when necessary.
- Residence within the assigned regional market is required where job-related and permitted by applicable law.

Pay Rate: $95,000 - $105,000/yr
