The
Sr. Regional Operations Manager, will be willing and capable to lead the team from a home office (remotely), be able to travel as needed, and successfully engage with IKC teammates and cross-functional teams within the market.
This is a Remote role with travel expectations 1X a quarterWe are looking for someone to reside in MDT/PDT/CDT timezonesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IKC RNs who case manage dialysis and CKD patients; Candidate will also manage two supervisors and support the non-clinical IKC care coordinators, whom they manage; responsible for team performance, productivity, and creating a special place to come to work. The ROM will represent the IKC leadership team with other IKC leaders and possess a professional and business-like presence.
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive:- Lead operational execution of new models of care for chronic kidney disease (CKD) Medicare Advantage (MA) patients for the RN role, including overseeing the achievement of critical quality and performance measures, including STARs metrics such as hypertension and diabetes control, medication adherence, nephrologist visits, and optimal starts
- Support RN hiring efforts and oversee onboarding of new RNs. Provide ongoing clinical guidance and training to RNs to improve understanding of CKD, and commonly associated chronic conditions.
- Serve as key leader of clinical and operational strategy working with Sr. Director, and clinical/ operations leadership.
- Effectively manages Disease Management programs in designated market or geography
- Reviews and analyzes data to drive patient care outcomes in programs across the market
- Build & manage effective relationships with internal and external clients
- Provide support to reporting Regional Operations Supervisors
- Teammate Management Provide leadership to direct reports
- Manage all teammate employment/ HR activity such as payroll, PTO, hiring, onboarding duties, professional development, performance management, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance to all applicable regulations and DaVita policies
- Monitor risk management and quality assurance compliance
- Achieve quality and metric goals in Integrated Kidney Care programs
- Coordinate activities with DaVita IKC management team, Regional Medical Directors, cross-functional departments, Registered Nurses and others as needed
- Evaluate processes to ensure cost effectiveness and reduce operational expenses
- Implement initiatives and analyze impact to outcome expectations
- Create and submit reports and analysis of teammate performance as needed.
- Travel required within the market. Occasional travel outside the market.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years' management experience leading and managing teams required
- Demonstrated experience managing to data driven outcomes and process improvement required
- Primary Care and value based care experience required
- Strong communication on medical management, operational, and business-related issues
- Current CPR certification required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Home office with Internet connectivity at minimum of 1MB upload and 1MB download speed required

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $104,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour
Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
