Position Description

US FUSION & Specialty Construction

Job Summary: The Regional Director - East Coast Operations. This position is designed as a strategic leadership role, combining immediate responsibility for critical project execution at the Savannah River Site (SRS) with a long-term mandate to establish, grow, and lead US FUSION's East Coast operations. This role is not intended to be a traditional project management position, but rather an opportunity to become a key leader in the growth of our company, with increasing responsibility, autonomy, and financial participation as the region develops.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership (Immediate Priority)
  • Lead execution of SDU-11 and SDU-12 Internal LTLS system projects
  • Serve as primary point of contact with SRMC and SRS stakeholders
  • Oversee field operations, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with DOE and site-specific requirements
  • Build out and manage necessary project specific staff to support the project
  • Manage subcontractors, 3rd party rental vendors, Union relations and internal teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  1. Client & Site Engagement
  • Leverage existing relationships within SRS/SRMC
  • Navigate internal site processes and approvals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify upcoming opportunities within the site
  1. Business Development (East Coast Region)
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across DOE sites, Federal facilities, and Power & industrial sectors
  • Support proposal development and strategy
  • Build a pipeline of work for sustained regional growth
  1. East Coast Operations Leadership
  • Establish an operational presence in the Augusta, GA / Aiken, SC region
  • Recruit and build a regional team over time
  • Oversee regional logistics, execution, and financial performance
  • Align operations with company standards and culture
  1. Strategic Growth & Leadership
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategy
  • Provide market insight and operational feedback
  • Play a central role in scaling US FUSION's footprint
  • Transition into a long-term regional leadership role


Position Requirements

Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure

  • Proficient in M.S. Office software package.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, photocopiers, facsimile machines and printers.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone communicator.
  • Equipment/mechanical knowledge.
  • Strong attention safety and instructions.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Communication and leadership skills.
  • Critical thinking / problem solving skills.
  • Conveys a professional and positive image and attitude regarding US Fusion.
  • Able to work nights, weekends and travel out of town for extended periods of time as necessary for project completion.
