- Manage account complexities and communicate customer needs internally.
- Support key business negotiations, demonstrating influence in decision-making.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers for proactive discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales initiatives and meet customer needs.
- Engage with external networks, focusing on industry influencers and collaborators.
- Coordinate with Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for customer trials.
- Manage accounts receivable with assistance from the credit department.
- Work with Strategic Marketing to address unmet customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on implementing defined strategies for market segments.
- Report on sales and marketing contributions for monthly management review.
- Drive forecast accuracy for improved business results.
- Communicate competitive insights and intelligence to stakeholders.
- Manage Account Planning, Pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn in CRM.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience in technical, sales, and general management, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Experience in a large-scale business-to-business environment.
- Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability.
- Experience with negotiations.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 60% of the time.
