Job Description Overview:

The ASUS Robotics & AI Center is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our global talent team. This role supports the ARAIC employer brand in the United States and helps drive qualified, engaged candidates into our hiring pipelines for both the Boston office and our Taipei headquarters.

We are looking for someone who operates at the intersection of marketing and recruiting: a strong writer and campaign builder who understands technical audiences, can represent an engineering organization authentically, and can measure whether the work is actually producing hires. The ideal candidate has helped build talent pipelines through content, events, and community rather than through job board volume alone, and works well as part of a small team where priorities are set collaboratively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support ARAIC's employer brand presence in the United States, including careers site content, social channels, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Write and maintain job descriptions and recruitment content, ensuring consistency of voice, accuracy, and alignment with hiring requirements across both offices.
  • Plan and execute recruiting campaigns for priority roles, including channel selection, messaging, and budget management.
  • Coordinate ARAIC's presence at career fairs, conferences, and hiring events, including university, alumni network, and professional association events, from planning through follow-up.
  • Help build and nurture talent communities and candidate pipelines, including outreach sequences, events, and ongoing engagement with prospective candidates.
  • Track and report on sourcing channel performance, pipeline conversion, and candidate experience, and recommend adjustments based on the results.
  • Partner with recruiting and HR in both the U.S. and Taiwan to ensure campaigns align with live hiring priorities and applicant tracking workflows.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write credibly for technical audiences.
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and measuring their results.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools.
  • Comfort with analytics and reporting, including translating pipeline data into recommendations.
  • Event planning and on-site representation experience.
  • Working knowledge of design and content tools sufficient to produce campaign assets independently or in partnership with design resources.
  • Familiarity with alumni networks and experienced-hire talent communities is a plus.
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings with the Taiwan-based team as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, human resources, and/or related field.

Work Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, or business-to-business marketing, including hands-on execution of campaigns or channels.
  • Equivalent experience gained through public sector service will be considered.

Working Conditions:
  • Typically works in an office environment
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
  • Travel requirements [5% Domestic travel, 5% International travel

$95,000 - $150,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Boston, Massachusetts office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role. Our comprehensive employee benefits include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k).
