Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Reindustrialize and elevate our recruiting technology ecosystem across the full talent lifecycle - requisition management, sourcing, CRM, events, interviewing, candidate experience, AI-powered workflows, automation, integrations, and internal applications.
  • Own the recruiting technology roadmap, partnering with Recruiting leadership to translate business priorities into clear system investments, technical requirements, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as the technical owner of our recruiting platforms, leading configuration, administration, architecture, governance, releases, and continuous improvement to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and built for how the organization operates.
  • Connect process, technology, data, and user experience, partnering closely with our Interview Process Engineer, Data Scientist, and User Experience Manager to build workflows that make the recruiting organization faster, simpler, and more effective.
  • Lead the development and evolution of internal recruiting applications, driving discovery, prioritization, requirements, stakeholder feedback, testing, launch, adoption, and integration into our broader talent intelligence ecosystem.
  • Design automation and AI-enabled workflows that change how work gets done, eliminating manual processes, embedding intelligence into daily workflows, improving data hygiene, and helping recruiters act on performance signals in real time.
  • Lead technology evaluations, pilots, procurement, and vendor strategy, identifying best-in-class solutions, running technical demos and evaluations, navigating security and legal reviews, managing renewals, and ensuring we maximize the value of every platform we invest in.
  • Build and optimize the integrations that connect our recruiting stack, ensuring systems, workflows, and data move cleanly across platforms and into the analytics and intelligence infrastructure powering recruiting decisions.
  • Own recruiting technology delivery end-to-end, including roadmaps, requirements, project plans, dependencies, testing, change management, enablement, documentation, launches, support, and adoption across recruiters, coordinators, interviewers, and hiring leaders.
  • Continuously pressure-test how we operate, monitoring system performance, user behavior, support trends, product developments, and the external technology landscape to identify where we should simplify, automate, rebuild, or fundamentally rethink the way recruiting works.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience owning or administering enterprise recruiting technology, ideally within Talent Acquisition or People Operations, with prior recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and evolving recruiting platforms across ATS, CRM, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, assessment, and analytics; experience with tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, BrightHire, Metaview, Juicebox, Workday, or similar.
  • Proven ability to translate recruiting and business needs into scalable system designs, technical requirements, workflows, integrations, automation, and implementation plans without sacrificing usability or data quality.
  • Strong experience leading systems change end-to-end - from discovery and configuration through testing, launch, change management, enablement, and iteration - with specific examples of measurable improvements to efficiency, adoption, quality, or business outcomes.
  • Experience building internal tools or applications using AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar is highly preferred. You don't need to be a software engineer, but should understand the fundamentals of application development, APIs, data flows, integrations, testing, and how to take an idea from a problem statement to a working product.
  • A builder mindset with strong technical judgment and a bias toward action; comfortable working across recruiters, process owners, analysts, developers, IT, and vendors to challenge existing workflows, evaluate emerging technology, and bring structure to complex, fast-moving problems.
