Full Job Description
Therapeutic Associates' Administrative Office in Kent, WA is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to join our amazing team. This position is an integral part of Therapeutic Associates, Inc.'s HR department, leading the company's recruiting and on-boarding efforts in tandem with hiring managers and department heads.

Position Summary

This position leads the recruitment strategy of Therapeutic Associates (TAI) and executes tasks related to sourcing, branding, recruiting and on-boarding of new hires across the organization. This position promotes company history, services, culture and employment opportunities to potential and active team members. The Recruiting Manager is a liaison between clinics and candidates; supporting relationship building, communication and process flow. This individual works directly with Directors and Hiring Managers, the Human Resources Director, the Director of Professional Development and other Executive Staff Members to ensure that TAI's recruiting and hiring process are innovative, efficient, compliant and comprehensive.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Use a variety of trusted, as well as innovative sources to build and curate a pipeline of qualified talent to pull from as new positions become available.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Act as a company ambassador at career fairs and networking functions to promote the company and develop relationships with potential applicants/patients/referral sources/general consumers.
  • Screen applications and manage the lifecycle of assigned candidates.
  • Support hiring teams by advising on job descriptions, posting jobs, attending and/or conducting interviews, managing the offer process and other selection & hiring functions.
  • Regularly communicate updates and other pertinent information to hiring teams and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Performs and supports other related duties and projects as assigned in support of TAI's mission and core values.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full desk talent acquisition/recruiting experience with a minimum of 1 year experience recruiting for Physical Therapists.
  • 3+ years of strong candidate sourcing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using an ATS (Dayforce or Greenhouse highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR practices and full understanding of fair employment practices.
  • Experience building and growing relationships with universities, schools and professional associations is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills including both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional skills related to time management, critical thinking, multi-tasking or organization.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to provide a high level of service to both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to navigate challenging conversations with a high level of diplomacy.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as effectively participate in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and reprioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Ability and desire to increase knowledge related to the field, strives for excellence and shares knowledge with the intent to contribute to the strength of the team.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations and effectively communicate those guidelines to others.
  • Ability to learn and maximize use of new technology.


Additional Details:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Hearing and speaking to exchange information in person and on the telephone.
  • Must be able to access and navigate the office space.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
  • Generally, functions in an office environment; however, may conduct meetings and other business in hospital or clinical settings.
  • Cyclical/seasonal travel is required.
  • This role can by hybrid or fully remote, but only open to residents of Oregon or Washington state.
