This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

As part of an accomplished team of diverse specialists, you will lead experienced hiring across several business units and locations. You will encourage, grow, and empower a team of hardworking recruiters on strategy, operations, and hiring delivery. You will be designing recruitment strategy, effectively building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, leading and inspiring a recruiting team, and achieving hiring targets and metrics. Together, we will build and innovate, with a passion for creating and maturing a recruiting organization at scale.

Qualifications:
  • Engage and partner with executive level leaders as the recruiting SME on market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems and tools
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine recruiting priorities, demand, and capacity
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters to hire high quality candidates at scale
  • Manage recruiting resources, progress to hiring goals, and all operational metrics
  • Utilize analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges and identify hiring trends
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance related to sourcing, interviewing best practices, offer negotiations and client engagement
  • Ensure outstanding candidate experience and an exceptional talent acquisition process


Desired:
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading recruiting teams
  • Demonstrable track record of utilizing a data-driven approach to building and innovating
  • Experience in HR/TA/Business transformation efforts a strong plus
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Some travel may be required, based on business needs


Base Pay Range for:
WA applicants is $129,791.00 - $181,706.70
