  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Maintain a clear database of active and passive candidate records.
  • Ensure compliance with current legal standards in recruiting practices.
  • Drive process optimizations and best practices for future hiring initiatives.

Full Job Description
Regional Recruiting Manager to support our Operations Field Recruiting and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6+ Regional Recruiters. Responsible for individual and team KPI measurement and attainment
  • Responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting across an assigned region or vertical. Be a subject matter expert for your roles and market
  • Develop relationships with operations leaders to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates
  • Help to maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations
  • Consistently ensure that recruiting practices are in compliance with current legal standards
  • Lead future hiring process optimizations and best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven leadership background, experience driving team atmosphere and performance, coaching and training team members
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy to include job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor and Grayscale
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including boolean searches
  • Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 5 - 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
