About the RoleWe're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our hiring process. You'll own interview scheduling and logistics, ensure a smooth and delightful candidate experience, and support our recruiters and hiring teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
What You'll Do- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and time zones
- Be a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, professional, and well-communicated experience
- Coordinate onsite/virtual interview loops, including prep for interviewers and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Support offer logistics and background check processes
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track
What You'll Bring- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related operations role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and calendars in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Ashby
CompensationWe believe in transparent pay practices. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Final salary depends on experience, relevant skills, qualifications, and market considerations.
