ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a
Recruiting Coordination Lead to support our growing recruiting coordination function. This role will be located on-site at either our Boston, MA (including Boston area satellite offices) or Washington DC location, with a minimum in-office expectation of three days per week. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators responsible for high-volume scheduling. Beyond team management, you will own relationships with recruiting partners and hiring managers, leverage data-driven insights to streamline operations, and act as the primary point of contact for complex scheduling escalations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring best-in-class candidate experiences and consistent scheduling operations.
- Optimize Processes: Design and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting logistics, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate & Partner: Work closely with the recruiting leadership, other coordination leads and hiring managers to align coordination support with hiring demands.
- Resolve Escalations: Serve as the main point of contact for resolving complex scheduling challenges and logistically demanding coordination requests.
- Track Metrics: Monitor and report on key coordination metrics to help leadership drive strategic hiring initiatives.
- Enable the Team: Onboard, train, and continuously develop new recruiting coordinators as the team grows.
QUALIFICATIONS- Experience: 4+ years of recruiting coordination experience, with a proven track record of supporting high-volume teams or scheduling in a fast paced environment. (Prior leadership or mentorship experience is a plus).
- Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse) and modern scheduling tools (such as ModernLoop).
- Operational Excellence: Experience managing high-volume scheduling with complex logistics (e.g., panel interviews, timezone differences, and quick turnarounds).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to track, interpret, and leverage recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize team performance.
- Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a passion for providing an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience.
- Adaptability: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to pivot and prioritize dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
US Salary Range
$86,000-$114,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
