The target salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 and reflects factors such as years of experience, relevant expertise, and overall qualifications.

As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition and immigration efforts by providing exceptional candidate experience, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruiting processes, providing strategic insights on the talent market, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees and stakeholders.

Job Description

Recruiting:
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process; sourcing, interviewing, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation.
  • Be a strategic partner to the business on current and future recruitment needs, leveraging creativity and ingenuity on how to attract top talent.
  • Actively sources passive, qualified candidates for complex, hard-to-fill positions, including managerial and executive roles, leveraging market data and analytics tools to drive discussions.
  • Post open positions to appropriate sites, use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates, leveraging pipeline candidates as appropriate.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements, conduct prescreening interviews, schedule interviews between candidates and the business, and ensure data compliance within the applicant tracking system.
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
  • Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and directly to candidates, including rejection notifications.
  • Build networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to find and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Position will be hybrid out of Boxborough, MA
Immigration:
  • Assess and review visa sponsorship applications for completeness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit visa petitions and support documentation to relevant government agencies and our law firm.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to gather necessary information and ensure timely processing of sponsorship requests.
  • Guide candidates and or employees regarding visa options, requirements, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all applications, communications, and documentation related to the visa sponsorship process.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide status updates and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with HR team and immigration attorney to streamline the sponsorship process.
  • Point of contact for all questions from employees, law firms and government agencies

Education

University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Work Experience

  • 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the TIC space.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics to drive business results.
  • Experience with recruitment based KPIs and metrics.
  • Recruiter must be highly organized to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously, this organization must also translate to employees on Immigration statuses, Visa updates, and the changing landscape.
