  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely feedback and guidance.

Data & Analytics:
  • Produce weekly hiring reports for hiring managers using AI and dashboarding tools (such as Greenhouse reporting) to surface funnel insights and flag bottlenecks proactively.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Bring a systems mindset to recruiting data, flagging opportunities to improve reporting architecture across recruiting tools.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a technical, engineering, or highly regulated field.
  • Demonstrated comfort using AI tools and automation to improve recruiting speed, quality, and candidate experience; experience evaluating or adopting new recruiting technology is a plus.
  • Systems thinker: you see the big picture on how to connect infrastructure, process, and data across recruiting platforms.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
