SUMMARY

The Recruiter, Salaried is a strategic partner and expert sourcer for Towne’s salaried and field executive talent, building the hiring plans and market intelligence that put the right leaders in the right roles. This role goes well beyond posting a requisition: it means mapping the market for hard-to-find talent, advising senior leaders with the clarity and confidence of a trusted advisor, and running confidential, high-stakes searches with precision and care. From the first strategic hiring conversation with an executive sponsor to a leader’s final yes, this role turns every search into a Towne Wow moment.**** MUST BE LOCATED IN CENTRAL OR WEST REGION****

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $96,000 - $115,000.


Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.


Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.


Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Strategic Hiring Plans & Business Partnering (25% of time): Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across functions to build strategic hiring plans for salaried and field executive roles, aligning recruitment approach with business goals.


  • Executive & Salaried Sourcing (30% of time): Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates for salaried and field executive positions using advanced sourcing techniques and market mapping.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment for Salaried & Executive Roles (20% of time): Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake through offer negotiation and close, for salaried and field executive searches.
  • Market Intelligence & Compensation Benchmarking (10% of time): Research market trends, competitor talent landscapes and compensation benchmarks to advise hiring managers on competitive, well-informed offers and available talent.
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience (7% of time): Deliver a high-touch, confidential and consultative experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout every search.
  • Mentorship & Cross-Team Collaboration (5% of time): Partner with and mentor Recruiters and Sourcers, sharing sourcing strategy and market insight across the team.
  • Recruitment Reporting & Compliance (3% of time): Track and report on salaried and executive recruiting metrics and ensure all recruitment activity complies with employment law and Towne policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High School Diploma

 

Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:

  • No specific licensure or certification is required for this role.

 

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS/CIR recruiting certification is preferred, though not required.

 

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for salaried, exempt-level or executive roles, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or another multi-site service industry.

 

  • Demonstrated experience building strategic hiring plans and executive-level sourcing strategies in partnership with senior business leaders strongly preferred.

 

Knowledge & Skills:

Advanced sourcing and market-mapping skills, with the proven ability to act as a trusted strategic partner to senior business leaders on salaried and field executive hiring.

 

  • Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean and X-ray search, market mapping and competitive intelligence, to identify hard-to-find salaried and executive talent.
  • Ability to build and present strategic hiring plans that align sourcing approach, timeline and market strategy to a role’s level of complexity and confidentiality.
  • Strong compensation acumen, including the ability to benchmark salaried and executive offers against market data and advise leaders accordingly.
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation and consultative skills; comfortable advising senior leaders and closing complex offers.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and executive search databases.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements, including EEO, ADA and FLSA.

 

SCOPE                                                                                                                               

 

Authority to Act:

Performs duties with little direction given, operating from established directions and instructions. Decisions are made within general Town Parke policy constraints but occasionally require independent decision making.

 

Budget Responsibility:

The employee has control over resources available only.
