Full Job Description
About This Job:

We're looking for a thoughtful, proactive recruiter to help scale our team during a period of continued growth. This person will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of business functions and play a key role in shaping candidate experience, hiring processes, and talent strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and energized by building strong teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and own the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. This isn't a role where you inherit a mature process. You'll design the workflows, build the automations, and create the systems that make us a better hiring machine over time.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and fix them without being asked. If something is manual, slow, or inconsistent, you own the problem and drive the solution
  • Build automations across the recruiting stack. From candidate outreach sequences and pipeline tracking to interview scheduling and offer workflows, you're always asking "how do we do this faster and better"
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across business, operations, GTM, customer-facing, and corporate function
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and maintain hiring momentum throughout the process.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage strong active and passive talent across multiple channels.
  • Drive a high-quality candidate experience through responsive communication, interview preparation, and consistent follow-through.
  • Coordinate interviews, hiring logistics, offer processes, and other recruiting workflows across teams.
  • Operate as a trusted recruiting partner in a fast-moving environment where priorities and hiring needs evolve quickly

About You:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within startup or high-growth environments.
  • Genuinely high agency. You don't wait to be told what needs fixing. You see the gap, you build the solution, and you move on to the next one
  • Builder mentality. You've set up ATS configurations, built outreach sequences, created scorecards, and designed interview processes from scratch. You get energy from building, not just filling
  • Experience hiring across multiple business functions including GTM, IT, operations, customer success, or corporate roles.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort proactively reaching out to passive candidates.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn, Juicebox, etc., and modern recruiting workflows.
