Job Description:Job Duties:- Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
- Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
- Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies.
- Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
- Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This role is Hybrid, with the expectation of 3 in-office days per week (Tuesday - Thursday.)
This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
The pay rate for this role is $32 - $48/hr dependent on experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's [Required]
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite [Required]
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools [Required]
Education:Work Experience:- 1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required]
- Healthcare experience [Preferred]
Additional Information:- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 1 years of relevant experience [Required] OR
- Associate's Degree AND 3 years of relevant experience [Required] OR
- High School Grad or Equiv AND 5 years of relevant experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]
