Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)

The Role

We're hiring a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across our Go-To-Market and General & Administrative functions. You'll be the driving force behind building our sales, marketing, customer success, finance, people, legal, and operations teams during hyper growth. You'll partner directly with executives and hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and close exceptional candidates in one of the most competitive talent markets in the world.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, moves fast, and treats recruiting as a craft, not a funnel.

What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Enterprise AEs, BDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships) and G&A roles (Finance, Accounting, People/HR, Legal, BizOps, Executive Assistants)
  • Partner with hiring managers and founders to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and design structured, high-signal interview processes
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, you won't just work inbound; you'll hunt
  • Sell Blitzy's story compellingly to candidates in a competitive market landscape
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end: fast feedback loops, transparent communication, and thoughtful closing strategies (including comp and equity conversations)
  • Track and report on pipeline health of your active roles; use data to improve how we hire
  • Help build the recruiting engine itself, ATS hygiene, scorecards, employer brand content and hiring manager training
  • Support additional departments with recruiting as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent hiring GTM roles and G&A/corporate functions
  • Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup or scaling tech company (Series A-C or hyper-growth environments strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and close them, you'll have real stories about competitive offers you've won
  • Strong command of enterprise sales talent profiles: you know the difference between a great logo and a great seller, and you can assess quota attainment, deal complexity, and sales methodology fit
  • Data fluency: you manage your pipeline with metrics and can tell a hiring manager exactly where a search stands and why
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication, you'll handle comp data, executive searches, and sensitive conversations
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools (ATS such as Greenhouse/Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and other sourcing tools)

Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $155,000 + Bonus + Equity
