Position Overview
Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Records/Property Manager to support SDA’s mission. The selected candidate will handle compliance for all appropriate Department of War and Federal Government requirements and directives for records management and property management. Responsibilities
Provide recommendations on project justifications, scope of work, cost estimates, work phasing and scheduling, as related to Records and Property management efforts.
Own, or otherwise support, the tracking, management, and distribution of SDA’s property and records, as well as the systems they live on.
Develop and implement SDA policy and procedures to comply with federal requirements.
Assist other SDA staff with records, CRM, and property/equipment related requirements across all of SDA’s facilities.
Maintain SDA’s property book by utilizing both the DoW-run system and establishing an SDA-run system.
Create/identify an appropriate record schedule for SDA to use.
As required, support other Enterprise Operations cell activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong technical knowledge (≥ 3 years) of DoW property accountability requirements and property asset management procedures.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) – formerly Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
- Proven ability to author clear and concise technical documentation, (e.g., regulations, manuals, SOPs, etc.).

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
