Role summary:

The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for leading and managing realty execution projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project completion. This role directs associates and vendors, oversees merchandise placement, and ensures compliance with company standards. The position requires effective communication with cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets, and resolving construction issues while maintaining alignment with corporate strategies. The Realty Project Coach fosters accountability, drives continuous improvement, and supports operational goals through strategic planning and execution of project initiatives within a dynamic retail environment.

The Realty Project Coach team leads the execution of realty projects by managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently. This team oversees project deliverables, vendor relationships, and resource allocation while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved. They provide guidance and support to associates, fostering accountability and adaptability throughout project phases. Focused on operational excellence, the team drives continuous improvement and aligns efforts with company objectives to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions that support facility and business needs.
What you'll do:

  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials and equipment.
  • Direct associates and third-party supervisors on project processes, merchandise placement, and resource allocation to meet facility goals.
  • Monitor project budgets, assess impacts on operations and customer experience, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate project status and adjustments clearly to stakeholders, maintaining accountability and driving results.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
