Position Overview

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA

PNC is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join its Realty Services organization. In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of corporate real estate assets, overseeing lease administration, portfolio performance, and complex real estate transactions. The position requires a strong understanding of commercial real estate, lease negotiation, lease language and clauses, contract management, and relationship management across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating and managing complex, high-value leases while maintaining strict attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with property managers, leasing agents, landlords, internal legal teams, and business partners to resolve property-related issues, ensure compliance with lease terms, and support the company's overall real estate strategy.

Key responsibilities include managing real estate assets, overseeing portfolio performance, conducting due diligence related to acquisitions and mergers, preparing portfolio and fiduciary reports, and negotiating contracts that align with business objectives while maximizing property value and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

Commercial real estate portfolio management experience.
Experience negotiating and interpreting leases, lease clauses, and contract terms.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

This position is based in Pittsburgh and requires an on-site presence five days per week.

Job Description
  • Manages all of the real estate assets and holds responsibility for the financial performance of a portfolio. Responsible for 200-300 assets.
  • Oversees the day-to-day performance of the real estate portfolio.
  • Prepares fiduciary reports, policies and practices for the transactions group through data collection.
  • Monitors and conducts due diligence regarding bank acquisitions and mergers of other bank organizations.
  • Understands business need and negotiates contracts that align with business needs and overall strategy of the company from a valuation perspective and ensures that all properties are well maintained, stabilized and correctly positioned in market segment.
