Evaluation Criteria- Law Students: Applicants must be a third-year law student in good standing pursuing the degree of Juris Doctor at an ABA-accredited law school and must receive their J.D. prior to fall 2027.
- Academic Achievement: A demonstrated record of academic achievement and excellent writing and interpersonal skills, as well as experience that will contribute to a successful career in the legal field.
- The successful candidate will draft carefully and analytically, take responsibility for projects, be organized, and exercise and help with a wide range of fast-moving transactions and large portfolios. We value lawyers who think beyond discrete tasks to anticipate issues, structure solutions, and deliver thoughtful, precise work product. Candidates should be collaborative, responsive, and relationship driven, with a genuine interest in client service and team-based practice.

Compensation for this role in California, Illinois, and Washington State is $225,000 annually.
