REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national lawfirm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its established Real Estate Practice Group. Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

  • Experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing
  • Exposure to mixed-use, condominium, and multifamily projects
  • Familiarity with real estate regulatory matters, including TOPA, rights of first refusal (ROFRs), and rent control, is strongly preferred
  • Strong background in reviewing title insurance, surveys, and related due diligence materials

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, development agreements, and related transactional documents
  • Coordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct legal research and prepare client-ready memoranda and transaction summaries
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and business development initiatives


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $215,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience and market conditions
