Associate Attorney to join their
Business Litigation Practice in
Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity for an mid-senior Associate litigator to work on complex, high-exposure business litigation matters with a collaborative and dynamic team.
Candidate Profile - JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills
- Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing, required.
- 5+ years of substantive litigation experience, required (personal injury, medical malpractice and/or catastrophic injury matters highly preferred)
- Demonstrated stand up experience (including depositions and courtroom oral advocacy) and trial experience are strongly preferred.
- Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently, on high-exposure trial matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
- Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation matters across industries
- Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions
- Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
- Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams
Compensation & Benefits - Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $195,000-$215,000, as determined by experience and market factors
