Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic performance and writing skills.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing required.
• 5+ years of substantial litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, medical malpractice, or catastrophic injury matters.
• Strong courtroom presence with experience in depositions and trial advocacy preferred.
• Demonstrated legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team on complex cases.
• Highly motivated with a commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation matters across industries.
• Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Draft and argue motions and briefs in both state and federal courts.
• Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams.
