Responsibilities
  • Consistently execute PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into confirmed client appointments by effectively communicating value and building rapport with potential buyers.
  • Participate actively in weekly script practice sessions designed to enhance communication skills and ensure alignment with the team's established standards and best practices.
  • Engage fully in team meetings and collaborative initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues to foster a productive and cohesive work environment.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development training, and Partner Calls to continuously improve skills, stay informed on market trends, and enhance overall performance.
  • Provide expert guidance to buyers throughout every stage of the home buying process, from securing signed buyer agreements to assisting in the identification and evaluation of properties that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare, present, and skillfully negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests to achieve favorable terms and successful transactions.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all activities, client communications, and transaction details using PLACE Technology to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficient follow-up.
  • Pursue and capitalize on opportunities for paid events and travel incentives by consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets, thereby enhancing both professional growth and personal rewards.
