Full Job Description
What you'll do

  • Proactively source and originate light commercial and industrial acquisition opportunities through an existing broker network, direct-to-owner outreach, and off-market channels
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified deals across target US markets, tracking activity and conversion at every stage
  • Underwrite potential acquisitions with strong financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment to support clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Negotiate deal terms directly with brokers, landlords, and sellers to secure favorable pricing and structure
  • Partner closely with legal, finance, and development teams to manage due diligence, resolve issues quickly, and keep deals on schedule to close
  • Monitor market trends and asset performance post-close, feeding insights back into sourcing strategy and target criteria

What we're looking for
  • 4-7 years of experience in real estate brokerage or private equity, with a demonstrated track record in light commercial and/or industrial asset transactions
  • A genuine hunter mentality - self-motivated, competitive, and relentless in building pipeline and closing deals, not just managing inbound
  • Strong existing network of brokers, landlords, and property owners in relevant US markets
  • Sharp financial modeling and underwriting skills paired with strong negotiation instincts
  • A resourceful, entrepreneurial approach to deal-making - comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills and the persistence to keep pipelines full even when deals move slowly
