Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise, you will be providing readiness training integration support to update training in coordination with the Government as it relates to Readiness Airman Training requirements and equipment with emphasis on counter threat including EOR/C-UAS systems, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:
- Develop and present complex training programs for customers
- Test trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations
- Conduct training programs on complex topics and designs and develop training program elements/modules
- Provide guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing areas of expertise and training skills
- Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Active Secret clearance
- BA/BS or seven years equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician
- Graduate of the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) course held at Indian Head, Maryland or Eglin AFB, FL
- Knowledge of USAF readiness training requirements to include threat components categories
