What will I be doing? Using your expertise in program management, you will be providing support as the overall lead of a team supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:
- Be responsible for the performance of significant training programs or multiple smaller training programs in accordance with contract requirements and government policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Oversee the technology development and/or application and resource allocation within program client base
- Manage projects of moderate technical complexity
- Train and direct employee work activities
- Sign timecards, prepare performance reviews, handle discipline problems, and provide input to hiring and firing
- Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Active Secret clearance
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Program Manager
- 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- 5 years of USAF MAJCOM experience
- Working knowledge of concepts and doctrine of Air Force Readiness and pre-deployment training programs
