Key Responsibilities:- As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, ranging from user experience to backend code.
- Your day-to-day activities will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the services provided to clients.
- You will leverage new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset to address complex business challenges.
- You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Advanced proficiency in Release Management, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Python (Programming Language) is suggested.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage and deliver assigned development tasks with high quality and efficiency.
- Identify and analyze recurring technical challenges to propose effective and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply best practices in software development to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Engage proactively in team discussions to influence project outcomes and support collective goals.
*This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ*Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of work experience with advanced proficiency in React.js, advanced proficiency in Release Management, Software Quality Assurance SQA, and Application Lifecycle Management ALM
- Proficient in Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, IIS, Windows, and .NET
- Good development skills in Java, J2EE, Kafka, Rest /SOAP services
- Experience applying enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality
- Influence Solution Design
- Technical Strategy Development
- Associate's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced proficiency in Node.js is recommended
- Python Programming Language is suggested
