The PositionAs an R&D Project Coordinator, you will ensure project outputs are complete, consistent, and fully aligned with quality system standards. The OpportunityAs an R&D Project Coordinator, you will drive the execution, tracking, and timely delivery of project documentation and deliverables across product development and design change processes. You will serve as a key liaison across engineering and quality functional areas to ensure all activities conform to internal quality system standards.
- Identify, plan, and track project deliverables according to Quality System processes, including scope definition, project plans, design specifications, and validation activities.
- Support project teams with planning, scheduling, and task tracking to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Facilitate technical review meetings and proactively drive the completion of assigned action items.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and consultants, to meet project timelines.
- Manage and maintain Design History Files (DHF) and direct change workflows via the Electronic Document Management System.
- Participate in developing and reviewing operating procedures, best practices, and technical documentation to ensure quality and consistency
Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor's degree (BS) in a directly related discipline and 3 years of relevant experience, including project management fundamentals such as resource and time estimation, schedule and risk management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and familiarity with electronic document control systems and change control workflows.
- OR a Master's degree with 1 year of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $69,700 - $109,560. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed in this link.
