Join Ascom's R&D organization as an R&D Manager, Verification and Validation and play a critical leadership role in shaping the quality, reliability, and compliance of our Patient Systems solutions. This hybrid position combines people leadership, verification strategy, and cross-functional influence-ideal for someone who wants to elevate engineering quality while helping deliver technology used in mission-critical healthcare environments.

What You'll Own
• Lead and develop a team of verification engineers, strengthening V&V test engineering and quality assurance capabilities
• Define, evaluate, and improve test frameworks and methodologies to ensure strong functional, performance, and security test coverage
• Oversee test planning, execution, reporting, and documentation to support product quality, reliability, and compliance with Quality Management System requirements
• Drive test automation initiatives that improve scalability, reduce variability, and support a shift-left approach in the development lifecycle
• Identify and implement tools, techniques, and process improvements that increase verification efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner closely with development managers, product management, and regulatory teams to align verification activities with business needs, internal processes, and customer expectations
• Ensure verification procedures align with applicable quality, environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team
• Track progress, communicate risks, and ensure improvement opportunities in verification processes are addressed

What Sets You Up for Success
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in verification engineering, ideally within a regulated environment such as healthcare, medical devices, automotive, or similar industries
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
