  • Provide scientific expertise by identifying unmet clinical needs and contributing to study design
  • Manage external partners like CROs to ensure consistent practices across vendors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Clinical Affairs and Regulatory to deliver milestones
  • Review and prepare SOPs, protocols, and technical reports for regulatory and marketing activities

Full Job Description
Join our Biologics team as an R&D Manager - Support Services and play a critical role in advancing innovative solutions from early concept through launch. This is an exciting opportunity to lead scientific programs, shape prodcut execution strategy, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while developing a high performing team.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead and manage junior team members within the Biologics franchise, supporting their development and ensuring project success
  • oversee and manage proper functionality and operations of Biologics laboratories
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of BRM products from early innovation and development through to commercialization
  • Design and execute project plans integrating innovation, feasibility, and product development testing activities
  • Provide scientific expertise, including identifying unmet clinical needs and contributing to study design, reports, and product claims
  • Manage external partners such as CROs to ensure consistent practices across vendors and sites
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other teams to deliver key milestones
  • Review and prepare, SOPs, protocols, manuscripts, technical reports, and documentation to support regulatory and marketing activities
  • Guide internal stakeholders in interpreting study results and using insights to inform strategic decisions
