Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing projects from concept to commercialization within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology
• 2+ years of leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide team members
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Strong scientific expertise with experience in study design, data interpretation, and technical writing
• Experience working with cross functional teams and external partners

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage junior team members within the Biologics franchise
• Oversee and manage functionality and operations of Biologics laboratories
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Biologics products from innovation to commercialization
• Design and execute project plans integrating feasibility and development testing activities
• Provide scientific expertise by identifying unmet clinical needs and contributing to study design
• Manage external partners like CROs to ensure consistent practices across vendors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Clinical Affairs and Regulatory to deliver milestones
• Review and prepare SOPs, protocols, and technical reports for regulatory and marketing activities
