Job Requirements What You will Do:- Technology Innovation: Research and develop new tools for Oil & Gas industry.
- Prototyping & Testing: Build and test experimental prototypes for durability under extreme pressure, temperature, and corrosive environments.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from lab tests, field trials, and computer simulations to refine product performance.
- Material Evaluation: Investigate advanced materials and coatings to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failure rates.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all new designs and processes comply with strict environmental regulations and industry safety standards (e.g., API, ISO).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with reservoir engineers, field operators, and product management teams to transition concepts to field applications.
Work Experience What You Will Bring: Required Skills- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools (e.g., ANSYS).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of subsurface mechanics, drilling operations, fluid dynamics, or production optimization.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, technical report writing, and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years of engineering experience, with a strong focus on research, testing, or product design.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $90,000

Work Requirements:This role is considered an on-site position located in
Houston, TXYou must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
