Full Job Description
All Options is looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join our Quant team in our Austin, TX office. In this role you will enhance and develop quantitative pricing and trading algorithms, contribute to measurable PnL impact, and optimize and create new strategies. The ideal candidate brings robust market awareness, a quantitative attitude, and a team-first approach to thrive in our fast-paced trading environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute meaningfully to quantitative models, research, and tooling used daily on the Trading floor.
  • Design, develop, and manage profitable quantitative trading strategies.
  • Understand and drive measurable impact on PnL.
  • Collaborate efficiently with traders and developers to deliver reliable software and research outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and feedback for junior researchers and traders, supporting their professional growth.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-impact culture focused on research, reliable systems, and share ownership of outcomes.


Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in a quantitative role (trading, researcher) at a prop trading firm.
  • Deep understanding of options theory and pricing.
  • Proficiency in programming (Python, C++, or others).
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and desire to continuously improve.
  • Results driven and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
