JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information to drive end-to-end portfolio analytics for multi-million channels. Drive delivery of analytical insights amidst continuous change in an agile work environment and optimize strategy and return on investment. Assess drivers, underlying data, and core business processes to support strategic direction with independent and thoughtful analytics and address complex issues and generate solutions. Formulate quantifiable goals and timely insights to communicate compelling narratives and advise on strategies with experimentation to support ongoing process, product, and channel improvement. Monitor internal and external customer and industry trends. Coach and manage team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Finance or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Data Scientist, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Finance or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Data Scientist, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience in the following: Developing and implementing statistical models and predictive workflows utilizing SQL, SAS, R, Alteryx, and Python programming languages to process millions of financial data rows; executing comprehensive statistical analysis including trend identification, seasonality, and regression; Leveraging SQL for data extraction, transformation and aggregation across multiple database systems; Using Alteryx to build and automate predictive analytics to forecast volume, revenue, market trends, and business performance metrics across multiple scenarios; Implementing SAS, R, and Python-based machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy for data preprocessing and model development, and forecasting models utilizing time series analysis and regression techniques; Designing and implementing Tableau dashboard and reporting with interactive visualizations, drill-down functionality, calculated fields, custom filters, automated refresh capabilities, and robust analytical frameworks to support KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and strategic presentations across diverse business units; Strategic Planning and Business Transformation for Credit Card and Collections Litigation Channels.

Job Location: 301 N Walnut St, Wilmington, DE, 19801. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel to JPMC client sites and conferences/trainings.
