Your role

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantitative Analyst to join Unified Global Markets (UGM) quant analytics team. UGM quant team offers a unique opportunity to develop analytics and tools for a cross functional business that deals with both IB and WM aspects. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation, and support of quant developed platform across trading and sales in UGM US.
This role requires strong technical and analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of financial products and market risk, and the ability to work closely with sales, traders, risk managers, and global quant partners. The ideal candidate will combine quantitative modeling expertise with strong programming skills (inluding leveraging AI for development) and a practical understanding of front-office workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and enhance AI tools owned by the team for sales workflows and data insight needs
• Support AI use cases, including prompt/skill development, tool integration, and response handling aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines used by the platform Compass reporting and analytics workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Support release management, testing, defect resolution, and environment stability across DEV, UAT, and PROD.
• Help manage application, operational, and data-quality risk across the platform.

Your team

You will be joining a global quantitative analytics team supporting the sales and trading business. The team is responsible for delivering all analytics needs for a large business at the cross section of IB and WM. This includes both sales and trading analytics across products offered by the business.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of markets, modeling, and technology, with close interaction across sales and trading, and engineering teams.

Your expertise
• Masters or PhD in quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and Physics or a related field
• Bachelors degree in quantitative discipline with prior experience will be considered as well
• Relevant experience in a quantitative analyst, desk quant, or front-office modeling role within a bank or financial institution
• Experience with typical financial linear and non linear products in Equities, Fixed Income and Structured Products
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with C++ is a bonus. Most importantly, must know how to use AI tools for development
• Familiarity with APIs, data services, or application development for analytics delivery
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with machine learning or advanced data analytics is a plus
Preferred Skills
• Experience with AI and ML, including leveraging the tools and developing tools for other stakeholders
• Faimiliarity with products and services offered by a large financial institution in the context of wealth management
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics or strategic risk platforms
• Experience building dashboards or interactive web-based analytics tools
• Understanding of model governance, validation, and documentation requirements
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
