Blackstones Private Equity Infrastructure Group offers its professionals the chance to work in all aspects of infrastructure investing. Analysts can expect to be staffed on several opportunities at one time, including both potential transactions and existingportfoliocompany-related workstreams. Analysts will be involved inthe financialmodeling and analysis related to these opportunities and will regularly engage in internal meetings and due diligence sessions.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and execute private equity infrastructure investments
Perform in-depth market research
Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities in different infrastructure sectors, including energy transition (e.g.,power,renewables and utilities), transportation (e.g., ports, airports, toll roads, and railroads), digital infrastructure (e.g., data centers, cell towers, and fiber), and water/waste
Perform extensive due diligence on each transaction, meet with management, coordinate with various advisors, and formulate the investment strategies and business plans
Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities for the BIP Investment Committee
Managecurrent investments, including analyzing potential add-on investments, refinancings, and exit opportunities
Qualifications

Have a strong record of academic achievement
Have strong analytical skills and be detail-oriented

Be a self-starter, but with the willingness to work effectively as part of a team
Have genuine interest in the infrastructure industry
Be confident and self-aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Have a strong work ethic to persevere; genuine passion for excellence; results oriented
Have professional integrity

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 Spring 2027

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $110,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
