Join our Connected Commerce team as a key member supporting Trust and Security Data initiatives within the broader Data and Analytics organization.

We are seeking a Vice President Quant Analytics Manager to be a pivotal part of our Connected Commerce, Commerce Enablement Analytics team. You will play a crucial role in supporting Trust and Security Data work streams, collaborating with Product Owners, Data Owners, Tech, and Data & Analytics across Consumer and Community Banking to deliver data strategy and analytics initiatives.

As a Vice President Quant Analytics Manager within the Connected Commerce, Commerce Enablement team, you will spearhead analytical strategies to bolster fraud and scam prevention, ensuring robust customer protection while upholding satisfaction. You will craft and sustain a comprehensive data strategy roadmap, partnering with stakeholders to convert business priorities into actionable data initiatives. Your strategic thinking will be pivotal in delivering impactful insights through data visualization and storytelling. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, you will articulate the vision, goals, and roadmap for data-promoten decision-making across the organization. Your role will be crucial in promoting best practices in data management and analytics, continuously refining data processes, analytical models, and infrastructure to promote ongoing improvement and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver analytical approaches to improve fraud and scam prevention efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data strategy roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable data initiatives.
  • Apply creative and strategic thought to deliver impactful insights through data visualization and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to articulate vision, goals, and roadmap for data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in data management and analytics.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize data processes, analytical models, and infrastructure.
  • Bring order to disparate requirements with high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Pivot quickly as client guidance evolves, managing evolving project requirements.
  • Establish guidelines for consistency and high quality of presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with unit managers, end users, developers, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 8+ years of industry experience in Data & Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant quantitative field required.
  • Experience in Digital and/or product analytics with understanding of digital metrics.
  • Ability to work in large and medium-sized project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks.
  • Experience with modern analytics tools (e.g., SQL, AWS, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, R).
  • Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a drive to bring new ideas to life.
  • Strong time-management skills with determination to deliver against multiple timelines.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Basic knowledge in modern data mining, quantitative research, and data science techniques.
  • Financial services background.
  • Advanced degree in relevant quantitative field.
