Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate on the Digital Analytics team, you will support a broad portfolio of digital products by translating customer and product data into recommendations that improve the customer experience and drive long-term, profitable relationships. You will own key components of the analytics book of work supporting Chase’s cross-channel, cross–line of business evolution toward a hyper-personalized, data-driven, customer-centric model.

You will apply deep expertise in digital data to help define and operationalize OKRs, design and measure A/B tests, scope strategic analytical questions, and build analytical plans that generate clear, decision-ready insights for Chase’s ~75 million digital customers. Success in this role requires strong storytelling and stakeholder management—partnering closely with Digital Product, Technology, Design, Strategy, and adjacent teams—to deliver actionable analysis with clarity, rigor, and influence. The ideal candidate is self-directed, independently drives workstreams end-to-end, and is motivated to build and scale analytics capabilities that move the business forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data storytelling: Analyze and visualize digital customer behavior to produce clear narratives, insights, and recommendations that drive action.
  • OKR development & performance measurement: Support the creation, iteration, reporting, and causal analysis of OKRs; monitor performance and surface drivers of results.
  • Experimentation & decision support: Enable data-informed decision-making by identifying test opportunities, partnering on experiment design, and delivering readouts that are statistically sound and easily understood by stakeholders.
  • Opportunity identification: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities to improve Digital CSAT, engagement, and deepening; quantify impact and prioritize opportunities with partners.
  • Consultation & enablement: Serve as a trusted analytics partner and subject matter resource on digital data, measurement approaches, and best practices across the broader Data & Analytics organization.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences and/or digital product usage.
  • Demonstrated track record of solving ambiguous problems with data and building/expanding analytics capabilities.
  • Strong ability to translate quantitative findings into concise, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Proficiency querying large data platforms using SQL and/or SAS.
  • Experience with digital analytics measurement and interpretation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred: data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or related field).

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic AI frameworks).
  • Experience with tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience in Big Data environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
