Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or systems environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or IATF 16949 preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Assist with internal, external, and customer audits.
• Track and follow up on corrective actions and audit findings.
• Support root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain document control for procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Analyze system and process data to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with engineering and operations to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 standards.
