Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet business requirements.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new or future applications as well as enhancements to existing applications.


  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dataverse.


  • Create and implement user-friendly interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience.


  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance application capabilities.


  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, including user guides and training materials.


  • Stay up-to-date and put into practice the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development.


  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Power Apps solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of expereince.


  • Proven experience as a Power App Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of developed applications that can be showcased.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.


  • Strong understanding of databases and data modeling, particularly in relation to Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint.


  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.


  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


  • Knowledge of mobile app design principles and best practices considered an asset.


  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


  • Relevant certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate) are a plus.


  • Working knowledge of NPI Quality related documents (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans) are considered an asset.


  • Experience with PLMs (Windchill) and ERPs (SAP) are a plus.
